Energy savings — a constant priority for property companies

For property companies, energy savings are always a priority—Telge Fastigheter is no exception. They decided to test Energy Probe, first in a pilot with 20 facilities and later expanding to 66 additional sites.

"We had heard about Energy Probe and arranged a meeting to learn more about this unique technology. It was interesting because we are always looking for ways to save energy, but what really convinced us to try it was the reduction in compressor starts," says Jerker Bylfors, Contract Controller at Telge Fastigheter.

The pilot test was conducted in around ten selected restaurants.
"When we saw the results, we knew we had to roll out the technology to more locations. Today, we have installed it in nearly 90 systems."

Significant impact on both energy consumption and compressor starts

So far, the implementation of Energy Probe has resulted in energy savings of over 109,164 kWh and a reduction in CO₂ emissions of 9.8 tons per year. The key benefits include:

- Compressor starts reduced by 1,124,464, saving SEK 249,524 per year
- Total cost savings of SEK 358,688 per year
